At JJ Vaganova Real Estate, we want to make you feel comfortable booking with us and we try to be as transparent and flexible as possible with our refund policy.

To cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, via phone call or through our partner channels, you must send us a written notice of cancellation email as follows:

• 1. Written notice to be sent from your registered email address (if any) to bookings info@vaganovarealestate.com
• 2. Clear instruction/request to cancel the reservation

Refund and cancellation requests shall be made via the respective partner channel for all reservations and bookings made from external travel agencies such as Booking.com or AirBNB.com. Please adhere to their refund and cancellation policy, which you can find on their websites.

You get a full refund (minus 300 AED for administration fees) if you send us your cancellation request at least 30-nights prior to the check-in date.

We can’t provide a refund for a cancellation request made less than 30-nights prior to the check-in date.

The Operator at JJ Vaganova reserves the right to keep security deposits, down payment, reservation fee, or/and rental amount to cover full charges as shown above.

This policy does not apply to reservations made on Booking.com or AirBnB.
